Custom Variable Data Paper Scratch Card / Printed Scratch Card

Paper scratch card is made of ivory board or coated paper.
How do we make a customized paper scratch card? Here let us explain to you the processing.
First we do double side offset printing on paper card. The we do varnishing or film lamination. Normally the side for scratch is not laminated. We use digital printing or injet printing technology to print the variable data under the designated area. Then we use silk-screen printing machine to cover the coating material on the special area, thus the variable data is covered. The paper card is die-cutted to specified shape finally. We get the customized scracth paper cards.
